Depaysmallsmall is a Nigerian electronics and home appliances retailer. We sell TVs, refrigerators, freezers, generators, kitchen appliances, phones, laptops, and more. We deliver to all states in Nigeria and offer flexible payment options including payment on delivery and pay small small plans.

Genuine Products Only
Every product on our website is original and sourced from authorized brand distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or fake items. All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Product Descriptions
We do our best to describe products accurately — specifications, features, images, and prices. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturer updates. If you receive a product with different specs than listed, contact us immediately for clarification or replacement.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed at a listed price are locked in at that rate.
How to Order
Placing an Order
You can order through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. To complete an order, you must provide your full name, a valid phone number, a correct delivery address, and a valid government-issued ID for pay small small plans.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, we will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability, delivery timeline, and payment arrangement. An order is only confirmed after this communication.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before delivery without penalty. Once the product has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is treated as a return.
Payment Options
Payment on Delivery
For eligible products and locations, we offer payment on delivery. This means we deliver the product to your address, you unbox and inspect the product, you confirm it is correct and working, and you make your first payment or full payment.
If you refuse the product without valid reason after we have traveled to your location, you may be charged a delivery fee for future orders.
Pay Small Small
Our pay small small plan allows you to receive your product first and pay in daily, weekly, or monthly amounts over an agreed period.
The rules of pay small small are simple. You must provide a valid ID and active phone number. You must make payments on the agreed schedule. The product becomes fully yours only after final payment. Missing payments without communication may lead to plan cancellation and product recovery. You may pay off your balance early at any time with no penalties.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery, mobile money and USSD, and POS terminal at your doorstep. We do not accept cheques or foreign currency.
Delivery
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all states in Nigeria and the FCT. Delivery timelines vary by location. Lagos and Ogun take one to three business days. Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan take two to five business days. Other states take three to seven business days.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is free for orders above fifty thousand naira within Lagos. For other locations, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and product size. We will always inform you of the delivery cost before confirming your order.
Failed Delivery
If you are not available at the delivery address after two attempts, the product will be returned to our store. You will need to pay a redelivery fee or arrange pickup.
Pickup Option
You may choose to pick up your product from our designated store location after full payment is completed. No pickup fee applies.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Test Before You Pay
With payment on delivery, you have the right to inspect and test the product before accepting it. If the product is damaged, different from what you ordered, or faulty and not working, you may refuse delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
Returns After Acceptance
If you accept the product and later discover a problem, contact us within twenty-four hours and we will arrange inspection and possible replacement. After twenty-four hours, manufacturer warranty terms apply and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.
What We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns for products damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper installation. We do not accept returns for products with removed serial numbers or tampered seals. We do not accept returns for products damaged by power surges without a stabilizer. We do not accept returns for change of mind after accepting a working product.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within seven to fourteen business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account used for payment.
Warranty and Repairs
Manufacturer Warranty
Products come with the brand’s official warranty, typically six months to one year for most appliances. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, compressor failure for fridges and freezers, and motor issues for washing machines and blenders.
Warranty does not cover physical damage from drops or accidents, damage from power surges or voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs or tampering.
Our Role
We help you process warranty claims with the manufacturer. You do not deal with the brand directly. We handle the paperwork and logistics.
Your Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information, be available to receive deliveries or respond to our calls, make payments on time according to your agreed plan, use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and protect electronics with a voltage stabilizer which is strongly recommended.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in order cancellation, plan termination, or legal recovery of unpaid products.
Our Responsibilities
As your seller, we promise to sell only genuine original products, deliver what you ordered to where you ordered it, communicate honestly about stock delays or issues, protect your personal information, and treat you with respect in every interaction.

Privacy and Data
We collect only the information needed to process your order and payment plan. This includes your name, phone number, address, ID details for pay small small verification, and payment records.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not spam you with unwanted messages. We use your information only to serve you better.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses from product downtime such as business income lost during a generator repair. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repair. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as fuel scarcity, road closures, or extreme weather.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, the Nigerian court system.
