How Delivery Works
We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. Whether you are in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu, or Sokoto, your product will reach you safely.
Delivery Timeline
Lagos and Ogun orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan orders take 2 to 5 business days. All other states receive delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer, but we always communicate the expected date before dispatch.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is free for orders above fifty thousand naira within Lagos. For other locations, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and product size. We will always inform you of the exact cost before confirming your order. No hidden charges.
Payment on Delivery
For eligible products and locations, we offer payment on delivery. This means we bring the product to your address, you unbox and inspect it, you confirm it is correct and working, and then you make your payment. You do not pay a kobo until the product is in your hands and you are satisfied.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, we share tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS so you know exactly where your order is. You can also call or message us anytime for updates.
Failed Delivery
If you are not available at the delivery address after two attempts, the product returns to our store. You will need to pay a redelivery fee or arrange pickup from our location.
Pickup Option
You may choose to pick up your product from our store after full payment is completed. No pickup fee applies.

How Returns Work
We stand by every product we sell. If something is wrong, we make it right.
Test Before You Pay
With payment on delivery, you have the right to inspect and test the product before accepting it. If the product is damaged, different from what you ordered, or faulty and not working, simply refuse delivery. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
Returns After Acceptance
If you accept the product and later discover a problem, contact us within twenty-four hours. We will arrange inspection and possible replacement. After twenty-four hours, manufacturer warranty terms apply and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.
What We Cannot Accept
We do not accept returns for products damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper installation. We do not accept returns for products with removed serial numbers or tampered seals. We do not accept returns for products damaged by power surges without a stabilizer. We do not accept returns for change of mind after accepting a working product.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within seven to fourteen business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account used for payment. We do not offer cash refunds.
Warranty and Repairs
Products come with the manufacturer’s official warranty, typically six months to one year for most appliances. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, compressor failure for fridges and freezers, and motor issues for washing machines and blenders.
Warranty does not cover physical damage from drops or accidents, damage from power surges or voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs or tampering.
We help you process warranty claims with the manufacturer. You do not deal with the brand directly. We handle the paperwork and logistics.
